Considering selling your watch? Submit the brand, reference number, condition, and accompanying details for review. We provide fair and transparent market valuations based on current demand, condition, and completeness (including box and papers, when available). Once accepted, payment is issued promptly via secure transfer. Every transaction is handled with discretion, efficiency, and respect for the value of your timepiece.
Shipping & Returns
Every timepiece is shipped fully insured via FedEx or UPS with required signature confirmation upon delivery. For added security, we may recommend or arrange Hold at Location delivery at a carrier facility near you. This protects both the buyer and KN Maison and ensures a smooth, secure handoff. Each piece is sold as described and confirmed prior to purchase. As a result, all sales are final. We encourage clients to ask questions, request additional photographs, and review all details carefully before completing a transaction. Transparency and clarity are central to our process, and our team is always available to assist prior to sale. International shipping is available upon request.
